These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, transactions, and agreements between Blue Berry Impex Traders (“Seller”) and the buyer. Any terms and conditions proposed by the buyer are expressly rejected unless approved in writing by the Seller.
All offers are non-binding. Prices may change periodically and all new prices supersede previous quotations. Offers are subject to stock availability, and the Seller may cancel or make proportional supplies in the event of stock shortage.
Refunds for cancelled orders apply only to payments made through the online payment gateway by users ordering from the frontend. Payments made through UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD) are not automatically eligible for refunds without manual verification.
Crop failure or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control that make performance impossible release the Seller from delivery obligations entirely. The Seller is not liable for any damages under such conditions.
Orders will be shipped via courier or transport services. Bulky or unshippable items will be delivered to the nearest serviceable location. Shipping charges for non-free shipping products must be paid by the customer before or at the time of delivery.
The Seller does not guarantee that product descriptions or content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. No liability is assumed for inaccuracies.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts and relevant authorities in Maharashtra, India. Parties must first attempt resolution through mutual consultation or mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts all disclaimers and limitations described herein. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Language translation features are powered by third-party software. Accuracy may vary, and 100% precision cannot be guaranteed.
All images, graphics, trademarks, and content uploaded by sellers or users are third-party generated. The Platform acts as an intermediary and does not control such content. By uploading content, you grant us perpetual and transferable rights to use it for any purpose, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You may download publicly available product information only for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify or redistribute any documents or make additional representations about them.
Sellers must ensure that no trademark or copyright violations occur in product listings or images. The Platform may suspend accounts or products involved in disputes.
All promotional material or photographs related to agricultural solutions do not guarantee results. Effectiveness of products such as pesticides or fertilizers varies based on environmental and usage conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
