All heavy or bulky products are shipped through Road Transport Services. Customers must coordinate with the nearest transport office (as informed at the time of purchase) and collect the parcel.
Products marked as “Free Shipping” will not incur extra charges. However, if no free shipping claim is made on the product page, transportation charges must be paid by the customer.
Items weighing more than 20 kg must be paid for in advance. Such products are shipped only through transport services and must be collected by the customer from the designated transport location.
